Who We Are
Walton Oak delivers quality supported living services for adults with mental health, learning disabilities, autism and drug & alcohol misuse. We help them on their journey to independence by working closely with them, their families and health professionals.

Our services provide 24 hour care and support tailored to individual needs. This includes administration of medication, financial management, access to the community, health and wellbeing monitoring, risk management, tenancy and attending appointments.

It is aimed at service users who are already living or are ready to live in independent accommodation with a personalised package of support. This helps them to maintain or increase their independence, maintain a tenancy, manage risk, prevent isolation and remain well.

Services
Mental Health
One in 4 people in the UK are affected by a mental health condition, which can impact on their daily life, work, relationships and/or physical health. Common illnesses include bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia and autistic spectrum disorders.

We provide mental health support for adults with a diagnosed mental health condition, and staff work in collaboration with them to assist with their self-development. This allows them to gain their independence, self-confidence and improved emotional wellbeing on their path to recovery.
Learning Disabilities
Learning disablities can cause people to struggle with everyday tasks such as financial management, household tasks and socialisation.. They may not be able to understand information and can find it difficult to communicate with others.
Our specialist support can help people with complex learning needs in areas such as autism, acquired brain injury, behavioural challenges, sensory disabilities and their associated mental needs achieve their goals.
Alcohol & Substance Misuse
Many of our community members at Walton Oak require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our community living service provides complimentary and customisable supported living services for all our service users. By catering to the personal needs of each service user, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at Walton Oak Community Living.
